Having issue with Google Chrome Extension "Awesome Screenshot" Help?

When I click on the camera icon it wont let me choose what I want to take a screen shot of. Like the words/options in the box arent clickable. What do? This is on a mac book pro, obviously using google chrome. Its's the extension "Awesome screenshot: capture and annotate."
