Something wrong with google chrome?

Ever since I had to uninstall flash player (to install a more up-to-date version) there's been something wrong with google chrome - when i try to open up a tab the tab appears but never finishes loading. also noticed tabs are grey (which i don't think is normal for google chrome). extensions aren't properly loading either. It's like the browser, when i open it, is locking up mid-load. what could be causing this? and how do i fix it? don't bother suggesting i restart the computer, i've already tried that. (btw i have internet explorer on my computer as well as chrome, which is how i'm sending this question in)Something wrong with google chrome?
Hi there, I have that problem to. Your problem is that chromes sandbox isn't working properly.

Google doesn't have any solution for the problem yet, but you can disable the sandbox.

To disable sandbox, open the properties for your chrome shortcut. In the target field type "--no-sandbox" after C:\Users\your user name\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\Applica鈥?and don't forget the space.

However I would recommend you to use an other browser, because disabling sandbox minimizes your security.
