it's not a virus. constant guard is not a virus protection program- norton is and comes bundled with constant guard. i called the company- constant guard, and they said it was an issue on their end which should take a few weeks to fix.Extension error causes Google CHROME to crash?
From the directory name - "Constant Guard Protection Suite" it seems that your pC is infected by virus. Thoroughly scan your computer and remove the viruses.
