I opened Google Chrome and all my extensions were gone and all my start pages were gone. What happened and how can I stop it from doing that?Why Google Chrome reset itself?
Unfortunately Google Chrome has had that problem for weeks.
It's happened to me at least 3 times. You'll have to re add them again and hope Chrome doesn't wipe them all out.

Is there a Smart Bookmarks Bar for Google Chrome?
There is a great extension for Firefox called Smart Bookmarks Bar. It reduces the size of bookmarks in the toolbar so that only the icon shows. It allows me to cram a bunch more bookmarks than I could do otherwise. Is there a similar extension for Chrome? Such an extension would be perfect.Is there a Smart Bookmarks Bar for Google Chrome?
Just edit the bookmarks on your toolbar and change the name to nothing and only the logo shows.

Horrible solution, considering BOTH IE and Firefox has the option to make your bookmarks/favorites into favIcons only.
My recommendation is to wait until Google applies a fix for this or some 3rd party software comes free.
Don't start erasing your text, that is a bad idea.
I agree with poole. This is especially bad if you use Xmarks to share your bookmarks with Firefox, which does have a decent extension to do this without removing the name text.

What's up with Google Chrome's "app store"?
I'm talking about chrome APPS, not chrome EXTENSIONS.
What's the deal with this so called "app store"? All the "apps" there are nothing more than icons put into your new tab page and when you click them they send you to a website. Why call them apps? When it comes to browser, Firefox is the best bet. Chrome although from Google is still ages behind Firefox, you may find it a bit faster due to Google's excessive afford on it. But if you want better speed then go for safari.

I have got Chrome installed on my PC, but I mostly use Firefox as there are too many sites that (still) will not load on Chrome. Google pulled it out of Beta far too soon. It's not a full blown working version yet and still needs a LOT of work.

Google Chrome buttons are not showing up.?
Whenever I try to change options or install extensions on Google Chrome, the window is blank. When I try to open options, that window is blank. When I try installing an extension it says what is needs to know, but then there is an outline of a box made up of dots.
This started happening after I selected cookies be deleted when I close the window, so I don't know if that has anything to do with it.
How do I get the buttons back?Google Chrome buttons are not showing up.?
It could be the virus that invades your computer. If you have that problem, clean up your computer.
If that doesn't work, then try other computer. Google will take some time to fix your Google Chrome in your computer.
